An incident report shall be completed for any seizure for forfeiture. This includes any state seizure that with intent to forfeit that is returned to owner, state seizure that is transferred to federal agency, and state seizure that is filed for civil forfeiture. A submitting agency must sign-in to have access to submit a report.

***NOTE: This report is only for seizures that received a disposition in 2024. Please use the 2023 Incident Report for any incidents that received a disposition between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
