2019 Annual Kansas Asset Forfeiture Legislative Report

Annual Report Full Data Extract - Full data extract including all submitted annual report data, including agencies who have returned to compliance after the initial report on April 15th. This table is current as of June 6, 2023. 

Zero Report - A list of agencies that have submitted an annual report but had nothing to report in balances, deposits, or expenditures for this reporting period. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

State Forfeiture Fund - Activity in State Forfeiture Fund. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

Pending State Forfeiture Fund - Activity in Pending Forfeiture Fund. The Pending Forfeiture Fund captures the activity with seized currency from the point it was seized through the point of disposition of the seized property. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

Federal Forfeiture Fund - Activity in Federal Forfeiture Fund. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

Substantial Match Based on Incident Reports - This table shows the amounts in forfeited currency reported by agencies on Annual Reports in comparison to Incident Reports submitted as well as the compliance status based on the information submitted. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

Non-Compliant Agencies (at the time of the Legislative Report) - Agencies who failed to come into compliance as of April 15th, 2020 when the Legislative Report was disseminated. This table reflects the data published in the 2019 Legislative Report.

Current Non-Compliant Agencies - Once an agency has come into compliance, they will be removed from the non-compliance list. This table is current as of August 25, 2020.
